Robert Ivan F. Olanday has been the Company’s Corporate Secretary since 2017. He is currently serving as the Corporate Secretary of Surprise Inc., Treasurer of We Serve 24 Hrs Inc. and EuroCapital Land, Inc., and Vice President for Finance and Authorized Managing Officer of New City Builders, Inc. He is also a director in LUC Foods, Inc. and Great Freshness Inc. He attended Thames International School in 2002.
